Refunds and withdrawal

Before you pay, you risk nothing

Training your model and generating the portraits are free. You view the photos in full in the gallery, watermarked, and only then decide whether to download them.

If you do not like them, you simply do not pay. There is nothing to refund.

After payment the right of withdrawal ends

Unlocking the download is the supply of digital content. Before paying you expressly request immediate access and confirm that you understand you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.

The right ends the moment the files are unlocked without the watermark — under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Without that statement the payment does not start at all.

Complaints where the service fails

Your right to complain about a defective service is separate from the above and cannot be excluded.

If the download does not unlock after payment, the files are damaged, or the service does not perform as agreed, write to us. We answer complaints within 14 days. If we do not bring the service into conformity, you are entitled to a price reduction or to withdraw and get your money back.

Refunds go back by the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.

What we do not refund

We do not refund because you changed your mind after downloading. You see the photos at full size before you pay — that is what the free trial is for.
